ASA
$$ABS mechanicals with genuine UV and weather stability. The default for exterior housings, fixtures and automotive parts that live outdoors.
TPU 95A
$$Shore 95A thermoplastic polyurethane — rubber-like flexibility with high abrasion and tear resistance. Printable as gaskets, grips, dampers and protective covers.
Nylon PA12
$$The production workhorse of powder-bed printing. Near-isotropic strength, fine detail, low moisture uptake and consistent batch-to-batch mechanicals.
Polycarbonate
$$$High strength, stiffness and 110 °C+ service temperature. For load-bearing brackets, tooling, and transparent-ish functional parts that must not fail.
Carbon-Fiber Nylon
$$$Chopped carbon fiber in a nylon matrix: aluminum-approaching stiffness at a quarter of the weight, with a clean matte-black technical finish. The fixture and drone-frame material.
ABS-Like Resin
$$Engineered resin balancing SLA detail with ABS-comparable toughness. Handles snap fits and repeated assembly where standard resin would chip.
