Quality in additive manufacturing is a process discipline, not a final checkpoint. Here is exactly what we control — and what we document.
Dimensional inspection
Critical dimensions measured with calibrated calipers, micrometers and gauges against your drawing or model. Optional measured reports on up to 10 dimensions per part.
Visual inspection
Every part is inspected against documented surface standards before packing — layer defects, support witnesses, warp and color consistency.
Material traceability
Filament, resin and powder lots are logged per job. Engineering programs receive lot-level material certificates on request.
Process control
Machine parameters are locked per material profile; deviations require engineering sign-off and are recorded with the job.
Production documentation
Each order carries a digital traveler: machine, operator, material lot, parameters and inspection results.
Part photography
Photo documentation before shipment on request — see exactly what's in the box before it arrives.
Tolerance verification
Capability, stated plainly.
Published tolerances per process are what our machines hold in production — not best-case marketing numbers. Tighter requirements are reviewed against measured process capability before we accept them.

A note on certifications
We operate a documented quality management system aligned with ISO 9001 principles. We do not currently hold ISO 9001, AS9100 or medical-device certifications, and we won't imply otherwise. If your program requires certified suppliers, tell us — we'll be straight about fit, and can support qualification builds with full documentation.
