Your IP stays yours
Uploading files grants us exactly one license: to manufacture your order. We never reuse, share, resell or train on your designs. Full stop.
Encrypted transfer & storage
Files move over TLS 1.2+ and rest in private, access-controlled object storage. Nothing is ever exposed on public URLs.
Controlled access
Only the engineers and operators assigned to your order can open your files. Access is logged and role-restricted.
NDA before disclosure
Request our mutual NDA — or send yours — before sharing anything. B2B programs routinely run NDA-first.
Deletion on request
Ask, and your files are purged from active systems and backups on the next cycle — with written confirmation.
Subprocessor discipline
Metal partner jobs travel with only the geometry needed to build, under our supplier confidentiality terms.
